Social Distancing 101

| Return|

In order to help slow the spread of Covid-19, the World Health Organization is encouraging everyone to practice social distancing. Here's a short list of things you can do to help get a handle on coronavirus:

  1. Stay away from mass gatherings
  2. Keep a distance of 6 feet or 2 meters (about one body length) from other people.
  3. Avoid touching other people and that includes handshakes.
  4. Remember, social distancing slows down the spread of coronavirus, which keeps our vital healthcare resources available to those in need.

Keep in mind that if you do need to home be sure to maintain a healthy lifestyle including a proper diet, sleep and exercise routine.
