About Me

Dr. Elaine Barbieri is a board-certified Allergy and Immunology Physician who specializes in the treatment of asthma & allergic conditions in patients of all ages. Dr. Barbieri opened the Allergy and Asthma Center of Montana in 2010 and since then, has been committed to providing superior patient care by helping patients control their conditions through individualized treatment plans.

Serving Great Falls and the surrounding communities, Dr. Barbieri takes great pride in delivering personalized, patient-focused care and working in conjunction with her patients from disease diagnosis, to education, to prevention and management of their conditions, so they can achieve an optimum quality of life.

As an Allergy and Immunology specialist, Dr. Barbieri has been trained to deal with chronic and acute allergies, as well as deficiencies of the immune system. Allergies can be triggered by the environment, such as trees, grass and pollen, food-borne like peanuts and dairy, the venom of insects like bees, or a medication like penicillin. “Once I’ve determined if an allergy is present, the next step is to determine the cause and provide a treatment for the symptoms.“
